Icons missing after upgrade to version 9.0.2 or 9.0.3

Hi,

After i upgrades our instance from version 8.4.2 to 9.0.2 or 9.0.3, we notice that some of icons are missing and instead it shows the place holder. See screenshot below.

Hi,

It's likely a browser cache. Ctrl + F5 may help.

yuri thank you for the advise. I cleared the cache and it works fine now. Only thing is that i had to do it for each instance.
