Upgrade 8.0.6. to version 8.1.5, dev/SetConfigParams.php missing

Hello and thank you to this nice and useful program! :-) I am trying an upgrade and gavering the following error. Courisely, I cant find this dev/SetConfig Params.php anywhere. Somebody has an idea?

php command.php upgrade
Current version is 8.0.6.
EspoCRM will be upgraded to version 8.1.5 now. Enter [Y] to continue.
