    Issues with processing queue q0 after upgrade

    Hello,

    I'm currently trying to upgrade my instance from to the latest version, I'm on version Version 7.2.7. I have ran into 2 problems, the first one is that after I updated to v 7.2.7, I was not able to upgrade to the next version. Also, while stuck on this version, I am no longer able to export all my opportunities/contacts because it is sent to a queue q0 that is not being processed.

    I'm open to send screenshots for additional information needed and provide any details.

    Hi,
    is hard with info you give :
    your version is not uptodate.. so there can be many issue with upgrade :
    php version
    mysql version
    mysql charset/encoding
    custom extension

    better is give print-screen of
    .....#Admin/jobsSettings (as you say job)
    .....#Admin/systemRequirements
    .....#Admin/extensions (list installed extensions and version)

    I really "conseille" to have a up-to-date EspoCRM ... and of course, you need to update your server too.... just keep your server up-date
