Unable to upgrade from 3.7.4- 3.8.0

Below is the response given in the error log for when I try to upgrade:

What is the fix for this?

Open zip archive and copy all from files directory to your espocrm root. Then in data/config.php change version to 3.8.0
Then run Repair
