  • Convert Email to Case not working anymore

    Hi, my team recognized that a manual conversion from an email to a case no longer works. There is an Error 500 showing, and I can see in the logs:

    ERROR: (0) Field 'emails' does not exist.; POST /Case; line: 280, file: /opt/bitnami/espocrm/application/Espo/ORM/Defs/EntityDefs.php

    Do I miss a field somewhere?

    I would appreciate any help you could give me.

    Hi Bernhard,

    Unfortunately, I can't reproduce this error.

    Please tell me which EspoCRM version are you using? Do you have any code customization? Did the error appear after upgrading your instance?​

      Hi Iazovic, I am using the latest version 8.1.5. The problem was already there earlier, likely switching to version 8.x.

        Bernhard,

        For now, I recommend that you disable unofficial EspoCRM extensions and try to reproduce the error.
