Logo sizing after 3.9.0

After the upgrade to 3.9.0 (and then to 3.9.1) the logo image is not being resized to fit the appropriate space.

In trying to work around, I uploaded a smaller copy of the logo. It gets expanded to cover the area also. When I remove the logo and just get the EspoCRM logo, it is the right size

This is happening differently on different browsers and computers. The really large one, above, is in Chrome on Windows 10 box. In firefox, it is smaller although still too large. I'm guessing a CSS issue, but not sure. Just reporting it. Client isn't upset so not an emergency and I haven't had time to completely track down
