Migration from EspoCRM Cloud to On-Premise installation

Good morning ti all operators.
After trying the cloud version for a few months, I would like to move all the configurations and all the data to my private on-premise server.
Is it possible to have a dump of the database and a copy of the EspoCRM folders?

For questions about transferring EspoCRM cloud instance to the self-hosted one and vice versa, it is best to contact technical support directly. If you have already done this, I am sure you will receive an answer soon.

I understand contacting tech support for details, but is this a generally accepted process? We would like to start with Cloud because of ease of setup, but need the ability to switch if we get too many users. If this is not a fairly supported practice, we would self host from start.
