After installation: The installation is disabled. It can be enabled in config files.

    Hi,

Already three days in a row trying to install EspoCRM. But after following all steps and after the install guide it get the following error: The installation is disabled. It can be enabled in config files.

    What i did?

    1. Checked file permission, as stated on https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...-based-systems
    2. check owner, as stated on https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...ion/#ownership

But still no fix, see attachment for permissions.

How can i resolve this issue, I saw another question about this but i am not able to fetch the solution as it is not mentioned.

      Hi,

      Thanks for your help.

It added the MaintenanceMode option to the config file. This resolved the error: The installation is disabled. It can be enabled in config files, but now when i visit the weblink where espocrm is installed I have a blank page.

I checked the error logs, but nothing to see in this to find what is wrong/happening, any ideas?

    Hi,
    set MaintenanceMode to false

in witch file you get this error ?
you have certainly a Appache/nginx config mistake. see in appache/nginx config log file and look doc how config must be
    And certainly .htaccess file issue.
If you could give the project a star on GitHub. EspoCrm believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Problem is that I am not able to adjust the apache/nginx config as it is an shared hosting environment.
Also the .htaccess is the file that comes with the out of the box package. I have not alternated anything. Also removing the .htaccess file does not solve the issue...

The error message is from the error.log from apache.nginx.

It is frustrating as it should just work out of the box but i cannot seem to find the issue.

I have found the issue. It looks like EspoCRM does not like CloudFlare. When setting up the software on a domain without cloudflare enabled all went smoothly and the software works. For some reason due the cache and other mechanics of Cloudflare EspoCRM does not work right. Topic can be closed.

At first i did not know the subdomain the software was installed also felt in the scope of cloudflare. Therefor did not mentioned this information. But after checking logs, cache, dns, etc it did.
Working...
