Pop-up is certain actions happening (Conditional pop-up)

Hey community!

How can we add pop-ups to the CRM based on actions, for example:
If contact that calls-in, has certain fields selected or empty, to show a pop-up, like "This client has a pending task"?

Hi Russ, welcome to Espocrm community,

If you have some programming skills you may define a custom popup provider following espocrm rules:
- first add a new entry to the path: Modules/Crm/Resources/metadata/app/popupNotifications.json
- Add new php class and code it same way as the espo PopupNotificationsProvider does

Example: Custom/Resources/metadata/app/popupNotifications.json
