Hi, I don't know if it's a bug or something made on purpose and I'll like some clarification.
I have a Team role set it like:
{"Email":{"read":"own","edit":"no","delete":"no"}, "EmailTemplate":{"read":"own","edit":"no","delete" :"no"},"Account":false,"Call":false,"Case":{"read" :"team","edit":"no","delete":"no"},"Contact":false ,"Lead":false,"Meeting":false,"Opportunity":false, "Task":{"read":"team","edit":"no","delete":"no "}}
I created a team lets call it Team Red, in Team Red I have John. Here comes the funny part: If I create a Task to Team Red, John can see it, but, If I create a Task and put John as "assignedUser", John can't read it.
If task role is set to Team, only member's of that team are able to see it, no matter if you send it directly to the user. I suppose that I can create one team for each member and assigned it to multiple user, but I don't know if it's the correct procedure.
Thanks Again,
Sorry for some many questions.
