    Hi
    I am starting to use the knowledge base and it is very useful BUT I am trying to use the default roles of administrator Manager etc but they do not appear when for selection of the Roles field. I just need to keep the administration how tos to view only by administrators and the rest by managers. Is there a way I can do that or do I have to duplicate the Default roles as new ones?

    You have to configure he roles in Administrator -> Roles
