    <br> tags in plain text emails from multi-line fields (v7.5.5)

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help in the past!
    Currently I am facing a problem with <br> tags which are added in plain text emails when referencing a multi-line field.

    Switching off the markdown support for the text field does not help.
    Please find the screenshots attached.

    Does anyone have an idea?

      Hello is there any reason why not to use an HTML email template? For me the behaviour is exactly same, with HTML checked everything is working perfectly fine.

              Hi!

              Jakub Grufik HTML template would have been my workaround as well. But since I don't have any graphical content, HTML is not required in general. But thanks for the suggestion!
