Plesk Docker image of EspoCRM seems to be reinstalling after restart

Hi all,

I'm using the official docker image on a Plesk environment. Works great so thanks so far!

After I restart the docker instance, the settings of the espocrm instances are gone. All the data is still in the application but theme selection, name of the application, and logo for example are gone.

Does anyone have an idea?
