Relationship Searching Issue

Hello,

We have a many-to-many relationship from a custom entity to the contacts entity.

When clicking the ^ to manually select a name, nothing comes up and we get a time out. No errors seem to be present in the log.

When searching directly in the box, the names seem to jump all over the place.

Any ideas on why this could be happening?
