Searching in the kanban requres that the name begins with the search * must be used

Is it possible to enable so that *phrase* is always used so we do not have to search för *phrase* every time?
I think it would be much more logical to do so.

Is there a setting? or can fix it in a hook somewhere?

There's a config parameter to force 'contains' search type. See https://docs.espocrm.com/user-guide/...ew-text-search

You can also enable full-text search which has a similar behavior that you want.
