Mass CSV Import- Status stuck "In Process"

Hi Everyone,

I started running a very large CSV import/ update last night (over 400k records). Today the import log still shows "In Process," but no new updates are showing when I refresh the screen. It seems to be stuck. In the future, I'm going to refrain from uploading such large files.

Is this upload stuck or just uploading very slowing in the background? Is there a way to stop this update? Thanks.

I heard it got to do with timeout issue, you need to make sure to tick the "Idle" something box, which basically refresh or prevent or restart the idling so it doesn't freeze

Check the job (Administration > Jobs) "RunIdle". Do you have such a job. Does it have status Failed.
