Hello,
In the record details page, the list of followers shows a list with the actual users' names. When you leave the actual user's name blank in their user profile, EspoCRM will default to showing the username instead. This works great for protecting privacy.
Now, I'd like to display the list of followers (usernames) and their user type (type could be team, role, etc.). Is there a way to change this (perhaps on the clientdef) so that the list of followers displays two fields? User name and user type?
If this is too difficult, I can probably change the user's first name to a type (such as corporate partner) and change the user's last name to their username. It's kind of a low code solution but I imagine there must be a better way. Thanks everyone.
