  • Assistance Needed with Obtaining Complete Recorded Audio File Name

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with an integration issue between the Grandstream 6204 device and our CRM system.

To provide some context, we have successfully configured the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) to integrate our CRM system with the Grandstream 6204 device. Our objective is to enable the playback of recorded audio from within our CRM by utilizing the recorded call URLs. These URLs need to follow a specific pattern. However, we are encountering challenges in obtaining the complete file name and handling the unique ID.

In our Grandstream PBX, the recorded audio files are saved in the following format: "YYYY-MM/auto-1688811354-1003-9847838822.wav." Please note that the "YYYY" and "MM" values represent the dynamic year and month respectively, which change over time. Unfortunately, when receiving the recorded file name through the AMI, we do not obtain the complete file name. Instead, only the portion before the dot (.) is available, such as "1688784181" for the unique ID.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance and assistance in resolving these concerns. Specifically, we have the following questions:
    1. How can we obtain the complete link or URL to access the recorded audio files, considering the dynamic nature of the year and month in the file names?
    2. Is it possible to construct the URL within our CRM system using a formula or another method, which we can then use in the VoIP extension to play the recorded audio?

Any suggestions, insights, or best practices you can provide regarding this integration issue would be highly appreciated. We are eager to find a solution that enables us to seamlessly access and play the recorded audio files from within our CRM.

Thank you for your attention and support. We look forward to your response.
