Can'r run cron.php or comman.php

Good day!
I have notice that crontab doesn't work. So, I tried to follow the instructions and run command "php crontab.php" and receive the following error: "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{', expecting T_STRING in /.../www/cron.php on line 32". I tried to execute "upgrade.php", "command.php" and receive the same error.

Would somebody help me.
