    Hi stayfi,

In fact, to transfer EspoCRM to any OS, you only need files and a database. That is, you need to copy all the files in the root folder of your EspoCRM instance, put them in an archive, then get a backup of the database and put it in the archive as well. After that, you will need to place the files of your EspoCRM instance on the new server and connect the database (from the backup) to MySQL (MariaDB).

You can use the following instructions from the documentation:
    https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...nother-server/,
    https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...configuration/.

Exporting and importing MySQL database in Windows is described here: https://www.networkinglearning.com/2...abase.html.

In case you have not solved your issue, here's a step by step guide to restore a full installation:
I upgraded from 5.82 and followed the procedures to the current build. For two years prior to this upgrade, everything was running smoothly. I did appropriate backups, so I thought and even looked to the server rewinds etc. Now, every 2-4 hours the CRM crashes again and gives just the blue line across the top of the page. I
