Case status now showing in list view when using mobile

    Hi!

The Status field for cases only has width in % as option in the layout settings. This makes it not show up when using mobiles or any view with less than 1000px width.

Is there any way to add a static width like "Width in px" to the status field like most other fields have? This would solve it so that field can be viewed on phones as well.

Sorry, I found it. Seems to be a bug (maybe a feature?) in the UI. Removing the number in width% and tabbing out to another field revealed the width in px.

      Not bug? Intentional design?

You can either use % or px only. Not "if this use that" for this function.

No, but if one is set, the other one is gone. To switch from % to px you have to empty the field first, then move the marker outside the box (click anywhere else). Seems to be a bug, and if not it's not very intuitive. If intended, a radio button to select one or the other would be preferred. Not a problem knowing this now, but someone else might not.

We should not have added the "px" parameter to UI. It was added relatively recently, existed only internally. We would have avoided it reported as a bug then.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Adding a separate field was a a few minutes task. Adding a completely new field view would have taken much more time. I didn't have spare time for the last few years.

When a field is added to the layout, both parameters are empty and visible.
        Working...
