Mass Update Feature

Dear Team,

Let me know how to user the mass update feature for leads..


When i select the leads and do the mass update feature i see only Error 400.

Pls help.

I can't reproduce your issue. It works on my instance. What field do you try to update? Or error occurs before you select any field.

Am trying to change the assigned user... say i import leads and assign to multiple teams... i ll be changing the assigned user to a different user.

How to do this ?

we cannot go one by one right ... so we are using the mass update feature.

Pls help.

I don't know why you get Error 400. Have no ideas. I looked into code and didn't find where 400 error can occur. Try to debug.

maybe URL is wrong ?? i see the payload is okay.

What version of EspoCRM. I still don't know what it could be. There is no any 400 Errors in mass update code.
