Hello Developers,
We currently have 30 employees in our office and we need to create a leave schedule as we allow leave on a schedule basis. For instance, we need to issue a 4-day leave for one employee in a month.
To simplify this process and create a leave schedule for all employees, we would like to automate it. Additionally, we have some specific requirements we need to implement:

To simplify this process and create a leave schedule for all employees, we would like to automate it. Additionally, we have some specific requirements we need to implement:
- Every employee should get only one day leave in one week.
- Every employee should be allowed a maximum of 4 days leave in a month.
- We need to make provision for an employee to not take leave in a particular week and instead take a 2-day leave in a different week.
Please advise on the best approach to achieve this in our Espo CRM system.
