HELP EMail Campaign

I had email campaign working until I move to a new server and now I can't get it to work
Email test works but campaign does not send
All system Requirements are met
PHP 8.1.17
MariaDB 10.3.38
Ubuntu 20.04
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.50

This is the message I get although I've set up cron and confirmed it is working

Not sure if there is a log for this.

I can only suggest to create a new Test Campaign and test it.

Could you take a screenshot of your Campaign? This is necessary for a more detailed analysis and reproduction of your error.

Also, please tell me what Scheduling is set for Send Mass Emails job in Administration > Scheduled Jobs?

This is the Scheduled Jobs:
I've set the cron in plesk administration and in crontab file (/etc/crontab) neither are working
Note: Add this line to the crontab file to run Espo Scheduled Jobs:

To properly configure the cron for EspoCRM in Plesk, please read this forum thread: https://forum.espocrm.com/forum/inst...on-using-plesk.
Mass emails will not work without a properly configured cron.

If the cron works successfully, please go to Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Send Mass Emails and take a full screenshot of this particular job so that the log can be seen.

I continue to get errors and I think it's Plesk causing the problem and plesk forum is useless so far. Thanks for the help
