  • VoIP "Do not disturb" how works?

    Let's say a user is in the group of 5 agents within a VoIP router, they are getting calls one after another (client hears normal beeps, system changes the person who's phone rings every 10 seconds).
    If an agent will select "Do not disturb" what happens with a call?
    Will the system SKIP this agent's position in queue or client will hear the CRM's "Voicemail" message?
