How to print email messages

Hi,
We have problem with printing of email mesages. The browser (I use printing directly via Chrome) prints the email message on several pages (the content is only on one or two pages). Large spaces are made between lines, a sidebar is printed, etc.
Is it better to use print to PDF and then print it?

Hello.
You can prepare PDF template with proper tags i think. We're using in our EspoCRM extension which opens email in new tab without EspoCRM elements and then you can simply print it. If you want, you can send us an email and we'll show you how it works.

I keep eye on it then! Also, one feature if you have time before full release, please support Photo for CardDAV. We upload photo of some contact and it be good if that is sync as well.

espcrm as far as i remember, Contacts doesn't have field for photo so i can't tell whether we will build that. I'll create a request for that.

Currently I'm using Nextcloud / Thunderbird and photo seem to be syncing.

Printing it directly is very poorly formated! Don't bother, usually I just copy/paste it into Words and print it from there.

You can also "Print to PDF" but it too isn't too good looking, simple email no problem, anything else? Less ugly of direct print or most time even worse.

If you can code, you can do something like emillod did, by converting it in a more Print Friendly view. I would sometime use my browser's add on /extension Print Friendly PDF to see if it work.

Or buy the extension from emillod for the feature as he posted above.
