user portal connexion error

hello i have a strange problem
my user portal can't connect to espocrm
1 i create user portal and i set password
2 i try to connect => its return bad user or mdp
3 i use mdp lost link
nothing more



i check login log and it say that ok for this user .... i don't understand why
any idea ?

Hi yberges,

It looks like your portal user wants to log in not to the portal, but directly to your instance.
Keep in mind that portal users have access only to portals, specifically to those specified in the user's own settings.
