    Hi yberges,

Could you show your Workflow in screenshots?
Or perhaps you could explain the desired functionality in more detail?

As far as I understand, you want the values of the Workflow Target Entity field to be inserted into this email when sending an email via Workflow?

        yberges,

        Many thanks for additional information.

There are some points that need to be corrected.
        1. Try to use the recipient not User assigned to Process, but Related: Assigned User in Send Message Tasks.
        2. Are you sure {InscriptionJN.participantName} placeholder is working? Perhaps a placeholder like this: {InscriptionJN.accountName} would work?
If your placeholder is working, then keep in mind that the Target Entity Type of your Flowchart must be one that is associated withInscription JN entity. That is, the placeholder must take information/value from some field. It all depends on the relationships between the entities, you need to understand this a little deeper.
