    Auto reply for personal e-mail accounts

    Hi...

    Is there a way to activate a kind of autoreply for e-mail accounts that sends a standard reply back to the sender of a new e-mail if an employee is on vacation, for example? It would be important for this standard answer to be activated and deactivated manually or automatically via a date. It would also be important for this auto-reply to be able to be set individually for each personal mailbox.

    I assume you probably can do that using Workflow.

    Add another Status in your User field (or Team if the whole team go on Holiday for example); Status: Vacation.
    Then create two new field, Start and End Vacation date. Have it only shown when Status = Vacation.

    Then you can create workflow using those two date. Of course this is all theory, and Workflow is a Paid extension which not everyone will have, I don't have it...

    Natively without extension I don't think it possible at all. You may do a workaround using some "Update" notification method but I don't like auto email so I never really look into it.

      And you can use them to determine whether user is available today or not
      Thanks to this, if you have Advanced Pack (which i recommend!), you can create workflow which will send email if user is not in work today
