Hi, thanks, it is useful, however, I would love to explore full integration, you know, transfer calls, add numbers to "VoIP router", add recordings, etc

Probably such integration does not exist at this moment?

At the moment, thanks to the VoIP Integration extension, official integrations with with Asterisk server through AMI, Twilio service, Starface server, Binotel service and iexPBX server are available.

But if you have some development knowledge, you can create a VoIP Provider in EspoCRM by yourself, following the instructions on Github: https://github.com/tmachyshyn/ext-voip-provider.

Russ thank you for info, can you share some examples of problems which you had with RC? Our Customer want to switch from Twilio to RC. From our PPV if he is good with costs then why not, but maybe you have some experience?
