There is an issue
We have 10 people in the queue, when the phone rings, all are getting a call from a client's phone number, and there are 2 issues with that:
1. After the client cycled through 10 people, all 10 are calling back to the client (only the last one should call through CRM)
2. Agent may not know if that is a lead from CRM's VoIP router or some stranger who calls him/her...
Need help.
Current behavior: Agent's phone shows client's phone number
Expected behavior: The agent's phone must show the VoIP router's phone number
