  • VoIP extension, how to see all agents who missed a call?

    Hi!
    On an official VoIP extension, through the VoIP router setting I've setup a queue with team members, I need to see how many calls are being missed by the person, is there a way of obtaining that information?

    Like,
    Missed calls
    John: 20
    Jane:12

      Hi,
      ask directly on portal.espocrm.com to tarasm.. he will give response.

      and there are like wiki.. many response is there

        Hi Russ,

        The best solution to your question is to create a Grid Report (Reports feature is available in Advanced Pack extension​) that will filter information about calls. It will look like this:

          Thanks lazovic, I did that, but this report shows only final calls for exact phone number.

          What if I have a queue of 10 people for 1phone number, system rotates between each other (every 10 seconds, as an example), and this queue is being changed on a daily basis (who is first, who is second, etc), how can I get a count of missed calls by person, when this person was in the queue/list of recipients?
