Email filter validation error

    Email filter validation error

    I just recently run into this issue, not sure how to fix if anyone can tell me how to disable to try to update it.

    Basically I'm trying to "Put in Folder" using the email filter option.

    Update, manage to fix it by going to the following URL and adding "User" to Parent option.

    /#Admin/fieldManager/scope=EmailFilter&field=parent

    This field/option is not available using GUI clicking, you must enter (add) the URL for example.

      I wouldn't recommend making such fixes.

          Hi yuri,

          I think this is a personal issue and not a bug produce by EspoCRM. I think I wanted to add those Filter there to "expand" the Email Filter system for my own use... unfortunately all option except for "Users" will only have the "Ignore" option, I wanted to do a "Parent: Case > Put in Folder"

          "My solution" is just for those that somehow did what I did and now having issue with it.
