    You may need to add date time field to the Lead entity, you may name it "Last Outgoing Call Date", and in the formula of Call entity you can update that field, just take a look to the formula and you will easily find the needed methods.



    Then using the workflow you can easily use that field in conditions

    Is it possible to add a rule to a workflow, "If lead had an outgoing call today", then...?
