Can I NOT monitor inbox, but add emails I want to add to accounts?

I get too many unrelated emails in my inbox.
I am looking to transfer to this crm system from another one.

In the other system, I could send out emails. I would receive emails in outlook and choose which emails I wanted to make a copy in the crm system. It was some sort of addon to outlook in the other system.
Is it possible to do this in espocrm?
