File sharing

Hi, how can we share a file, so that someone can update that file w/o downloading it.

Within the system? Give them the link or link them to the documents. If you create a new Attachment type, you can add "Source: Documents" and you can then pick the file.

If you mean to Edit it live in EspoCRM it can't do that, there is no integration to system like Office (word, excel, etc) editing.

If you mean the "file" as in a record (for example: Contact: John Smith), then you need to give access to the user, or role, or group.
