  • How Does Email To Case Work?

    Hi,

    We have been trying to set an inbound email account but the "cannot connect host" error appears. We are working on it.

    However, we would like to know HOW does the email to case feature works. When someone sends an email to an inbound email account and a new case is created, where is the subject and body text stored? At the Activities, History, Description, Case Stream?

    Have any screenshots or example we can see.

    Hi

    Case created. Name = Subject. Email in history. Email in Stream. If it's reply on existing email - case not created, but email in History and Stream.
