Document sharing

Hi, I want to share documents with other users in our company. So that any user can edit and save that document w/o download it, as we do in Microsoft one drive. Kindly suggest.

EspoCRM doesn't have a native Documents Viewer/Editor. You would need to rely on and install 3rd party like OpenOffice or CryptPad. If you can't install or set it up then you have to rely on 3rd party link like Google's suite.

If you only going to create PDF Template only with EspoCRM, and willing to play with PDF (take long time to make it look good), then create field for the entity, and your Users can edit the field and then "Create PDF" from it.
