Readonly fields set via js are not stored

After 7.2.x update readonly field can't be saved it's way to disable edit fields but allow set value via js?

you have to set readOnly param to false in entityDefs, login to ssh/ftp, go to layout directory in custom and add in detail or small detail view and add readOnly: true to fields.
