It depend on the "access level" the company want to use.
If they got 4 team then perhaps they don't want all 4 team to know all Accounts and Contact.
However if all 4 team/user need access to everything (minus administration setting) then just give all 3 or 4 people (4th being the Boss/Admin/IT Guy).
You will want retain the owner to the individual sale person, or who client (Account) belong to who, why? Because the Company might give more bonus as they sell more, and I think you can create Report on these type of data.

Hi! I'am designing a scheme for a small company 4 commercial users.
The admin user has imported all the Accounts and Contacts. Then is asked myself? Who is the owner of those Accounts and Contacts? Who should be the owner? For example:
Option 1) I should let all the users roles (salesman) read "All the accounts"
or
Option2) I should assigned the Accounts to a team called Salesman?
