Scheduled Report Issue

Hello everyone,

I have an issue when I need to receive a specific report through an e-mail. In details, a single report which I have created, is being sent to my e-mail using a scheduled task but the data inside is empty.

However, when I export the results manually, I can view all the data inside.

Is there any possibility to retrieve all the data, not only manually but also with a scheduled task?

Hi t.bakogiannis,

Please go to Administration > Template Manager and check if there is any content in Report List, Report Grid-1 and Report Grid-2.
Please send screenshots of this content.

Also, please tell us which versions of EspoCRM and Advanced Pack extension are you using?
