Role access to edit just one field in Opportunity/Lead/Zakazky etc.

Hello,
I am currently trying to set access for one of our roles to be able to edit just one field in our Zakazky (similar entity to lead or opportunity).
However, when I set "Zakazky- edit to NO" in Scope Level, then I add "Zakazky/FieldIWantToEdit - edit to YES" in Field Level the user is still not able to edit that field unless I add "edit YES" in the scope level of Zakazka. But then the user can edit everything in Zakazka, not just the one field.

The entity I am trying to edit: Zakazky
Field I am trying to edit: Nová poznámka (New note)

Is there any way how to set it properly so that the user will be able to edit just that one field instead of everything in that entity?

I think have a workaround in my head, but I hope that there is also another way how to achieve this.

I am thinking. Would it work if I set scope level edit to yes but in the field level I add every single field with edit NO except that one I want to actually be able to edit?

this one actually works, but I had to add all other fields into Field Level with edit: NO (it was like 50 fields)
