Hi the model of email and opportunity of this CRM, that is, a whole perspective per entity is exactly what we were looking for. However there are 2 main questions I have:
1) We currently have several GB of email on EML format. What's the best way to import them?
2) If we ever decide to move way from EspoCRM. Can we recreate the original EML to export them from EspoCRM and to import on other tool?
