    Report Filters Error 500

    Hello,

Hope everyone is doing well. I am trying to use Report Filters but facing Error 500 which can be reproduced by following steps:

    I created a report:

    Task 1
    - Filters: Name = Task 1
    - Teams = DVKH (Lead)

Then I created a Report Filters regarding to this report (Task 1)
    - Filter Name = Task 1
    - Report = Task 1
    - Teams = DVKH (Lead)

Then, I created a User within Teams "DVKH (Lead)" with access to both Report and Task

However, when the user tries to user Filter in Task, it is giving Error 500.

User is able to see Tasks without using filters

Error is not given when I give access to User from Task - Read - Teams to Task - Read - All

Is this a bug or anyone has any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi Danny,

I can't reproduce your error, unfortunately.

Try to make a Rebuild in the Administration. If that doesn't help, please post the error log (located along the path [your_instance]/data/logs).
Also, please tell me which version of EspoCRM are you using?

      Hi Iazovic,

My EspoCRM version is 7.0.10. I have tried to Clear Cache > Rebuild but same error
