Hi,
In my setup, many leads that come in can automatically be converted to contacts.
Using either a formula or Advanced Pack workflows, I'd like to examine the lead, based on certain conditions, convert the lead to a contact, like the convert button currently works.
I have some experience working with formulas and workflows, so determining if the lead should be auto-converted isn't the issue.
The issue is how to initiate the conversion process.
I believe I could use record\create in a formula and update the values from the lead to the contact, but this seems a bit clunky if a convert function is available.
