Error 403: Access Denied

In order for the EspoCRM society to help you, please provide this information:

• your requirements (which server you are using, which version of MySQL/MariaDB, which version of PHP),
• take a screenshot in the Administration > System Requirements and send it here,
• send the error log.

I try to import contact list CVS , but coming with error: Error 403: Access Denied , I test it and good on Local Host ... but error online.
I try to read file Log, but nothing record about it.
Please advice me how to resolve it
