Log in Lead/Account mails sent from external mail clients

It is possible to track all mails related to a Lead/Account if they are sent from Espo.
What I would like to do is to track also mails sent from an external software (e.g. Outlook) - is it possible?

EspoCRM track is using a hidden (header) information, with Outlook there is no native way, there is probably an add-in that could make it possible... then you have to code it for EspoCRM to also understand.

How most software that use Outlook to track is they also create a unique text/numbers on the very bottom (usually hidden) to create link and relationship. I see if something because when people response using plain text format I then realize that how the software does it.
