    Group e-mail account don't pick up all e-mails

    Dear all,

    I'm working only with group e-mail accounts and I have to realize, that not any e-mail is picked up from the imap server. When I check with my e-mail client from time to time parallel the e-mails I get e-mails which are not shown in espocrm in the group e-mail account. It is for me an unregular event, I have no idea why.

    Do I have to change setting? Maybe on the imap server?

    Please tell me which version of EspoCRM and which IMAP server do you use?

      Espocrm: version is 7.1.4,
      imap is Apache 2.4.38, hosteurope,de

        Maybe the problem is Monitored Folders? Check it, please.
        Try also to find differences between emails that are displayed in EspoCRM and not displayed.
        If, for example, you have a Campaign running in EspoCRM, then not all Bounced emails will be synchronized.
