    Error 404 The url you requested can't be handled.

    I run today the update from 7.0.9 to 7.1.2 and it was successful. But later on when I tried to check may group e-mail accounts, to make a change, I had to realize that I have no access anymore to the page for group and personal e-mail accounts, user, teams, import ... and get only the error message: Error 404 The url you requested can't be handled.

    It looks like I have a rights problem. I'm a beginner with EspoCRM. What I have to change?

    Hi ThomasW,

    Please send the error log ([your_instance_folder]/data/logs). Perhaps there is the source of the problem.

        Please update the permissions and owner again (they may have "shifted" during the update):


        And also look in the file [your_instance_folder]/data/config-internal.php 'defaultPermissions' line, what values are set there?

          The permissions and owner are updated but still the same error.

          'defaultPermissions' => [
          'user' => 33,
          'group' => 33
          ],

            Hi,

            At the end it was a browser cache problem. After I delete it, I have access again to the administration sub menus.
