Go with one crm for any number of teams, you need to have knowledge about how to adjust roles, you can set access by teams, so teams will only see their relevant records:

3 Teams 1 CRM or 3 Teams 3 CRM's?
Hello everyone,
is it useful to have 3 different Teams working on one CRM?
Or should each team have it's own one?
For example:
if the sales-, hr-, and marketing team are working on the same CRM, would it generate a mess? Each one needing their own contacts, calls & other entities.
Is ESPO made for this? I saw the Portal feature but i guess it would make more sense for each team to have their own separate CRM?
